Our founders
Founders, Dr. Rick McKibben, PT, DSc, ECS and Shawn Humphries, PT, MPT, ECS, OCS, CDR USN (Ret) began IRM in 2006 after serving together as Rehab Department managers at a mid-size community hospital. They acted on their vision to create a EMG Services and Rehabilitation Consulting company steadfastly focused on creating win/win opportunities for patients, contract customers, and staff.
