In-House Scheduling:
The patient stays on your schedule. At check-out when the referral is ordered, you will have upcoming dates and times when we will be on-site and your team books the appointments right then. There is less chance to have the patient not schedule the examination or relying on another practice to reach the patient to schedule. There are fewer “dropped patient” examinations. This helps ensure the ordering physician receives the test in a timely manner.
Reporting:
Our reporting is quick. All reports are to the designated individual within 24 hours. All examinations are submitted in .pdf format on your letterhead for easy uploading and review.
The Schedule:
Normally visits are scheduled for 1 hour, dependent upon the type of patients you have, sometimes we can schedule 45 minutes and sometimes 1.5 hours, but we work with you to establish the best schedule for your patient population.
Credentialing:
Most services are provided “incident to” the on-site physician or under general supervision by a medical director. Some practices choose to have our provider credentialed under their insurances, but most partnerships have an easy solution to be “up and rolling” easily without having to go through a lengthy credentialing process.
