How does billing and collections work?
One of our highly qualified and licensed providers completes the examination, sends the report, and provides the ICD-10 and CPT codes. One of the clinic’s staff bill and collect.
Who does insurance verification?
The clinic schedules, verifies, bills, and collects for the clinic’s patients.
How much space is needed?
A regular size exam room.
What supplies are needed?
The normal supplies already in an exam room. Pillow and pillow case, latex or nitrile gloves, alcohol or alcohol prep pads, 2X2 or 4X4 gauze pads, sharps container, rolling cart (to place diagnostic equipment on), and sanitizing wipes.
Who supplies the equipment?
We bring all the diagnostic equipment and supplies (recording electrodes and needles) to complete the testing.
